You can find good paying nursing jobs with reasonable hours and good benefits in private practices, nursing homes, and within home health agencies. There’s no need to limit your nursing job search to hospitals. If the hustle and bustle of a hospital isn’t the right fit for you, seek out other types of healthcare facilities.
