Nurses are no strangers to stains. From blood to bodily fluids to black coffee, a nurse’s scrubs can take a real beating.
Removing such tough stains is important to maintaining a clean, professional appearance. To get rid of blood spots, simply rub hydrogen peroxide over the area and watch it disappear before your eyes.
For urine stains, you can add a ¼ cup of baking soda to your laundry load along with detergent. Instead of fabric softener, use vinegar. The combination of the two ingredients will leave your scrubs stain free and smelling clean.
Finally, for coffee stains, blotting a little rubbing alcohol over the area will do the trick.
