Our unique 4-step process is one of the pillars of our success. We have exhaustively refined, tested, and tried it over the years, and time and again it had proved to produce the best outcomes for both our clients as well as for our candidates.

1. Pre-Screening

As our executive recruiters identify a resume that could potentially match a client’s requirements, or an open position they will conduct an initial screening conversation. This first step allows the executive recruiter to learn more about the candidate; his or her career path, skills, strengths, and personal traits. Also, to find out what the candidate is looking for, and whether he or she would be interested in a specific opportunity or job opening. Following this conversation, and if the recruiter believes the candidate could be fit for any of the open positions, the process moves on to the next step – an in-depth detailed Interview with an account manager.

2. Detailed Interview

Our account managers typically hold between 2 to 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. Each account manager is responsible for specific accounts. This provides for thorough knowledge and understanding of clients’ needs, and for first-rate service and responsiveness. Once a resume is received from the executive recruiters, a detailed interview is scheduled and carried out by the account manager. During this interview the opportunity, the candidate, and expectations are discussed to detail.

Candidate’s assessment and salary expectations will be reviewed, in accordance with client’s requirements, following which the relevant information is sent to the client for consideration.

3. Quality Control

Familiar with our clients’ expectations and needs, the quality control step is to ensure that expectations as well as requirements on both sides are met. Candidates’ resumes are therefore inspected and reviewed before information is passed on to the client.

4. Candidate Management

At this point, following receipt of the information and if the client would like to meet the candidate, the account manager will schedule an interview. Also, the account manager will see to all necessary arrangements preceding the meeting e.g. properly briefing and preparing the candidate, making all necessary arrangements including travel, provision of information, etc. Preparations are all coordinated with both client and candidate.

The executive recruiter follows the candidate through the entire recruitment process, providing sound advice as well as strong guidance and reassurance.
