Preparing for a nursing job interview is much the same as preparing for any other type of professional interview.
Be yourself, but do come prepared. As with any interview, you want to look and feel your best so that you can display your knowledge and talents with confidence.
Pick out a professional outfit, and be sure to get plenty of sleep the night before. Don’t rehearse everything that you want to say, but do take the time to jot down the most pertinent information that you want to share.
Review it a few times, and run through some potential questions that the interviewer may ask. Once the interview is over, be sure to follow up with a brief, friendly email to thank the interviewer for their time and consideration.
